Wyncrest Apartments consisted of a complete residential apartment rehabilitation consisting of interior plumbing, kitchens, energy efficient windows, flooring, siding, roofing, underground utilities, bathrooms, ceramic tile and general refurbishment, drywall, plaster, site utilities, HVAC, hot water systems, curbing, paving, utilities and commercial leasing center. Additional, this job included a total gut rehab down to the framing, an exterior mold remediation, and an exterior asbestos remediation.
