Sunset Bay Apartments

Sunset Bay is a 308 unit affordable housing initiative located in Cutler Bay, Florida. Working with a new and exciting client, ETC was tasked with a tight schedule on this $13mm initiative, and we have delivered, achieving 75% completion in approximately six months time. Similar to our other initiatives, the interior units consist of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, including brand new cabinets and countertops, the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances and new HVAC units and water heaters. Additional work consisted the replacement of all new electrical outlets and switches, an expansion of the existing community room building, and the replacement of all new windows and doors with new hurricane rated ones.
