St. Andrews

St. Andrews is a 177 unit affordable housing initiative located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Interior and common area work will consist of the complete modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and granite countertops, beautiful wainscotting detail in the existing bathrooms as well as the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances and in unit A/C and air handlers. Additional work will consist of the modernization of the existing elevator system, significant mechanical upgrades, a complete upgrade of the facilities Wi-Fi system along with improvements to the building envelope.
