Regency Park Apartments

Regency Park was a 163 unit affordable housing initiative located in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of new unit flooring as well as the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances. Other highlighted areas of note included a full pitched shingle roof replacement, installation of energy efficient Low E windows, a complete re-siding of the property in addition to the installation of new sliding balcony doors. A rehabilitation and modernization of the existing community room, management office, and fitness center also took place. General site improvements (landscaping upgrade, tree trimming and removal, minor asphalt repairs, etc.) were completed.
