Pine Harbor Apartments

Pine Harbor Apartments was a 210 unit affordable housing initiative located in Buffalo, New York. Interior/Common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances, as well as low flow consumption water closets. Interior work also included the installation of all new energy efficient HVAC systems (Rinnai Units), a complete elevator upgrade, and a complete replacement of existing windows with energy efficient Low E windows. From an exterior standpoint, a complete facade restoration was undertaken. Additionally, ETC completed a rehabilitation and modernization of the existing community room and management office. General site improvements (site lighting, fencing repairs, concrete walks and curbs, and landscaping, etc..) were completed.
