NM Carroll Manor Apartments

NM Carroll Manor Apartments was comprised of converting one floor of apartments into assisted living residences. This included the modernization of apartments with a primary focus on making them ADA compliant. Energy efficient lighting and appliances were installed throughout the units, as well as resilient flooring. Additional work consisted of a the installation of energy efficient Low E windows, extensive door replacements and an HVAC and elevator upgrade. The job also undertook an extensive rehab to the existing management office and community room with a primary focus on creating a well appointed commercial kitchen and nurses station.
