Morristown Senior

Morristown Senior is a 270 unit affordable housing initiative spread across three separate properties located in Morristown, NJ. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, energy efficient lighting, new showers and appliances, new PTAC units along with substantial community room and common area upgrades. Energy conservation measures such as new wireless thermostatic controls have also been undertaken. The replacement of the existing fire alarm system, facade repairs, and replacement of the roof, air handles, exhaust fans, boilers, windows and canopy will also take place. A ton of work is being completed for this project, and we look forward to sharing the finished results once completed.
