Lexington Club

Lexington Club is a 240 unit affordable housing initiative located in Clearwater, Florida. This project was unique in that it contained an aging and failing exterior stucco system that needed to be completely overhauled. This process was complex but was successfully tackled over a series of months. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of in-unit vertical package HVAC units, along with HHFA and ADA modifications to ensure site accessibility for all tenants. In addition to the aforementioned stucco system on the exterior, roofs and breezeway entry doors were also replaced, along with other ancillary but necessary site improvements.
