Lansing Manor

Lansing Manor is a 100 unit affordable housing initiative located in Lansing, Michigan. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and partial renovation of unit bathrooms, in addition to the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances. Additional work consisted of a large scale re-engineering of the complexes drainage system, new front entry doors, energy efficient heat and air units as well as a complete roof replacement. The job also undertook an extensive rehab to the existing management office, laundry room and community room. General site improvements (repair of walks and curbs, new asphalt paving, energy efficient exterior lighting upgrades, etc.) were also completed.
