Heritage House Apartments

Heritage House was a 137 unit affordable housing initiative located in East Orange, New Jersey. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms and the installation of new unit flooring, energy efficient lighting, appliances and low flow consumption water closets. Highlighted exterior work included a full roof replacement, a state of the art elevator modernization, and a large scale masonry facade restoration relating to the property’s parking garage. There was also a rehabilitation and modernization of the existing community room and management office. General site improvements (repair walks and curbs, asphalt parking lot repair, installation of exterior LED lighting, replacement of the existing garage roof, and a fully lobby renovation to meet ADA requirements.) were completed.
