Hampshire House Apartments

Hampshire House was a 79 unit affordable housing initiative located in East Orange, New Jersey. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms,and the installation new unit flooring, energy efficient lighting and new appliances. Other highlighted work included a full roof replacement, a state of the art elevator modernization, and a replacement of automatic entry doors with updated access controls and intercoms. There was also a rehabilitation and modernization of the existing community room and management office. General site improvements (repair walks and curbs, asphalt parking lot repair, and installation of exterior LED lighting.) were completed.
