Green Acres Apartments

Green Acres Apartments was a 101 unit affordable housing initiative located in Fredonia, NY. Highlighted interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and a partial renovation of the bathrooms. Energy efficient lighting and appliances were installed throughout the units, and a state of the art elevator modernization was undertaken. Exterior work included a full roof replacement, large scale masonry facade repairs in addition to the construction of a new community center (pictured above) inclusive of management office, fitness center and laundry room. General site improvements (exterior LED lighting, asphalt parking lot repairs, repair of walks, curbs, and ramps, etc..) were completed.
