Essex Phoenix Mills Apartments

Essex Phoenix Mills Apartments is a 145 unit affordable housing initiative located in Paterson, New Jersey. Interior work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit bathrooms and kitchens, installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances as well as low-flow consumption water closets. The job also included a full installation of energy efficient windows, a full facade repair, modernization of the existing community room, and installation of emergency generators. New, high function, energy efficient Lochinvar boilers were installed. General site improvements (wiring of generators, asphalt parking lot repairs, exterior lighting upgrades, etc.) were also part of this project. The building has historical significance and as such, this project was completed while maintaining and preserving the standards set forth by the Paterson Historical Society.
