Crestbury Apartments

Crestbury Apartments is a 392 unit affordable housing project located in Camden, NJ. This undertaking touched every part of this large footprint property. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new and beautifully appointed cabinets and countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, bathroom ventilation, energy efficient lighting and stainless steel appliances. Building with the safety of its residents in mind, significant ADA and HVI accommodations were also made, and environmental issues that had long existed at the property were appropriately abated. ETC also took on significant storm and sanitary repairs, and assumed various energy conservation measures through the installation of thermostatic radiator valves, zones valves and programmable thermostats, and insulation of existing piping in the boiler rooms. The property also revamped its existing DVR Security camera monitoring system with a state of the art one, and upgraded the exterior of the site with landscaping upgrades, a full mill and pave of the existing parking lot, brick pointing and power washing of the exterior building, among many, many other upgrades. The tenants of the complex will enjoy these upgrades for years to come thanks to our clients desire to make this property a true home for everyone.
