Chestnut Homes

Chestnut Homes was a 76 unit affordable housing initiative located in Passaic, New Jersey. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit bathrooms and kitchens, the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances as well as low-flow consumption water closets. The job also included a full installation of energy efficient Low E windows, a full roof replacement inclusive of gutters, downspouts, and alcove fascia repairs, and installation of new flooring throughout parts of each of the units.
