Sandy Hill Apartments

Sandy Hill Apartments is a 175 unit affordable housing initiative located in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, energy efficient lighting, closet doors and appliances along with new flooring throughout and in unit HVAC and energy monitoring systems. ETC also performed significant repair work to the existing facade, added a window curtainwall as shown on the project photo, as well as many other value add site improvements.
