Pacific Apartments

Pacific Apartments consisted of razing an existing factory covering 100% of the lot. The building is constructed on an elevated structural slab supported by structural steel with wood framing above. The exterior of the building is brick veneer with large architectural cornice work and aluminum clad windows. The building contains two elevators and two laundry rooms, and each unit has central air conditioning as well as energy efficient windows and lighting, insulation and other Green Building features.
