Tall Oaks

Tall Oaks is a 150 unit affordable housing initiative located in Middletown, NY. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, new tubs, energy efficient lighting and appliances along with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. From an exterior building standpoint, lovely Hardi cement board siding will be installed throughout the property, roofing and windows will be replaced, the parking lot will be milled and paved, and aesthetic upgrades to the surrounding landscape will be undertaken. A new playground will be installed for the neighborhood children to enjoy, and we expect they will for years to come.
