Sycamore Ridge

Sycamore Ridge Apartments is a 304 unit affordable housing initiative located in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Interior/Common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit bathrooms and flooring, the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances as well as low-flow consumption water closets, and a full installation of energy efficient windows, upgraded access controls and a new DVR security camera monitoring system. Rear and entrance doors were replaced, and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse consisting of a state of the art community room, laundry room, and leasing office was erected. General site improvements (landscaping upgrade, new walks and curbs, new garbage corrals, etc.) were also part of this project.
