Riverview

Riverview II was a 343 unit affordable housing initiative located in Yonkers, New York. Interior/Common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and a partial renovation of unit bathrooms, the installation of Energy Star rated lighting and appliances, the replacement of electric baseboard heaters, sub-metering, and the complete hard-wiring of new CO2/Smoker detectors in all units. The job also included a large scale security upgrade, as well as a complete rehab and modernization of the existing community room and management office. A brand new fitness center was also constructed. Large scale exterior work was a major part of this project as well, highlighted by the construction of a new courtyard and playground, garage parking deck repairs, a complete roof replacement, and the replacement of energy efficient Low E windows. The building also went through a complete facade restoration with new canopies for each of the building entrances.
