Parkside Commons

Parkside Commons consisted of both exterior and interior renovations. Highlighted exterior/common area renovations included structural stair tower repairs, flat roofing, standing seem metal roofing, energy efficient windows, patio doors, brick pointing, and a lobby refurbishment including new access controls and CCTV security cameras. The existing leasing office was also modernized. Interior work included the installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances as well as new plumbing fixtures, a complete bathroom renovation, and installation of new unit flooring
