Park Towers

Park Towers is a 142 unit affordable housing initiative located in Miami, Florida. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new tubs and tile walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and unit water source heat pumps. Significant ADA upgrades will be completed to ensure accessibility for all tenants. Looking toward the building envelope, beautifully appointed aluminum windows and window treatments will be installed, storefronts will be upgraded, the parking lot will be seal coated, and the existing security system will be upgraded as tenant safety is always a top and necessary priority for both ETC and the Ownership groups we work alongside.
