Hidden Grove

Hidden Grove is a 222 unit affordable housing initiative located in Naranja, Florida. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, energy efficient lighting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, appliances along with new HVAC equipment and water heaters. ETC also took on the renovation and addition of the clubhouse/community room, installed new roofing and replaced all of the existing windows and patio doors. A significant upgrade to the outside aesthetics was completed, inclusive of large landscaping upgrades, a new playground, and repairs to the pool and pool gazebo.
