Halsted Apartments

Halsted Apartments is a 60 unit new construction affordable housing initiative consisting of senior housing and commercial space located in East Orange, New Jersey. The four story, 60 unit complex contains approximately 8,800 square feet of commercial space. This project was environmentally conscious from the outset, consisting of the installation of Energy Star rated light fixtures, low-flow consumption water closets, a new energy efficient HVAC system, energy efficient appliances in addition to the replacement of energy efficient Low E windows. The finished product will be a spectacular addition to the East Orange community.
