Garden Vista

Garden Vista consists of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms. Energy efficient lighting and appliances will be installed throughout the units. Additional work will consist of a large scale re-engineering of the complexes’ sanitary system, installation of air handlers and condensers in all apartments, electrical panel upgrades and the installation of energy efficient hurricane rated Low E windows. A complete roof replacement will also be undertaken. The job also calls for an extensive rehab to the existing management office and laundry room. General site improvements (updating of property landscaping, construction of a new property entrance and motorized entrance gate, new perimeter fencing, re-paving of parking lot, etc. ) will also be completed.
