Cabana Club Apartments

Cabana Club Apartments is a 334 unit affordable housing initiative located in Miami, Florida. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, energy efficient lighting, 14 SEER HVAC units, appliances along with new flooring throughout and a fresh paint job. ETC also tackled a complete modernization of the properties existing elevator system, replaced all mechanical and apartment entry doors, replaced all windows and patios doors. We were also tasked with constructing a new community room building after demolishing the pool and old clubhouse, with the end result transforming the existing outdoor space into something the tenants will enjoy for years to come.
