Bay Towers

Bay Towers was a 375 unit affordable housing initiative located in Rockaway, New York. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, energy efficient lighting, appliances along with new flooring throughout. ETC also tackled a complete modernization of the properties existing elevator system, upgraded the security and CCTV system and replaced all of the windows and patio doors at the property. From an exterior standpoint, the highlight was and is most certainly the redesigned and reconstructed plaza deck, a picture of which can be found on our home page. These type of aesthetic improvements are not only beautiful and eye catching, but they improve upon the community feel as residents now have a gathering space to be proud of.
